Conditions of Participation

  1. The competition is carried out by Hess Natur-Textilien GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter: hessnatur), Marie-Curie-Straße 7, 35510 Butzbach, dialog@hess-natur.de, Tel. 06033 / 991-7800. Participation in the competition is voluntary. The prerequisite for participation is that the participant grants consent to advertising, which can be revoked at any time (see point 7 of these conditions of participation), as the competition is financed through advertising. Otherwise, participation in the competition is not subject to any further requirements or costs. By participating in the competition, the participant expressly and bindingly accepts these conditions of participation.

  2. Anyone aged 18 or over is allowed to take part. Employees of hessnatur as well as their relatives and business partners are excluded. Participation in the competition can only be done by entering the voucher code “HOMEGWS24” in the voucher field of the shopping cart in the hessnatur online shop and completing the order. Postal delivery is excluded. Submissions via competition services or participation forms filled out automatically by programs/scripts do not take part in the competition. A subsequent return of the order has no negative impact on participation in the competition.

  3. The competition is held in Germany, Austria & Switzerland. The prizes will be raffled off among all eligible competition participants in Germany, Austria & Switzerland.

  4. The deadline for participation is January 27th, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. The prize includes 1x €100 voucher. The voucher is tied to the customer account and is not transferable. A payout or a combination with other vouchers is not possible. The voucher may only be used for personal use in normal commercial quantities and not for commercial purposes.

  5. The winners will be determined by drawing lots among all participants and the winners drawn will then be contacted by email.

  6. If a winner has not responded to the prize notification within 14 days, hessnatur reserves the right to draw replacement winners. In such a case, the original winners will no longer be entitled to the prize. A cash payment of the material assets or exchange of the winnings is not possible.

  7. Data protection, advertising measures

    The purpose of data processing is, on the one hand, the implementation/processing of the competition. The personal data provided by the data subject will be used for this purpose. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter b GDPR.

    Participation in the competition is voluntary. The prerequisite for participation is that the participant grants consent to advertising, which can be revoked at any time, as the competition is financed through advertising. Otherwise, participation in the competition is not tied to any further requirements or costs. The legal basis for data processing in this context is Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

  8. Advertising consent is only granted to hessnatur. The data will not be shared with third parties. hessnatur uses the advertising consent to inform those affected by email about new products and current events.

  9. The personal data will be deleted if consent is revoked, at the earliest 3 months after the competition has been completed. Excepted from this are the winners' data, which will be deleted after the legal deadlines have expired.

  10. The person concerned has the right to revoke their consent to advertising at any time without giving reasons. There are no disadvantages caused by revoking your consent. The revocation must be sent to: dialog@hess-natur.de

  11. The data subject has the right to information from the person responsible about the personal data concerning him or her, as well as to correction, deletion, restriction of processing, a right to object to processing and a right to data portability. Notwithstanding the aforementioned rights, the data subject also has the opportunity to contact the relevant supervisory authority if he or she is of the opinion that the processing of the data concerning him or her violates the GDPR.

  12. hessnatur assumes no liability for the occurrence of technical problems during the registration process for the competition.

  13. We reserve the right to end the competition in whole or in part early at any time, even without adhering to deadlines, or to change its course if this is not possible for technical (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software/hardware) or legal reasons It is possible to guarantee that the competition will be carried out properly.

  14. All participants accept these conditions. Legal recourse and cash payment of winnings are excluded. The prize is not transferable to third parties.
