Scope of application

These general terms and conditions and customer information apply to all contracts that you conclude with us, Hess Natur-Textilien GmbH & Co. KG, Butzbach via our online store at www.hessnatur.com .

Delivery / Prices / Shipping costs

We deliver within the Federal Republic of Germany and to the countries listed below. Delivery takes place within 3-5 days from receipt of your order, unless otherwise agreed or a different delivery time is specified in the item description.

All prices are total prices in euros, i.e. they include all price components and statutory VAT.

In addition to the prices indicated, we charge the shipping costs indicated in the following list for each order. In the case of partial deliveries, we only charge this amount for the first delivery:

If the goods are shipped to countries outside the European Union (EU), different additional costs, such as taxes and/or customs duties, may be incurred depending on the country of delivery, which you must pay directly to the relevant authorities (e.g. customs). Further information can be found, for example, on the Internet or directly from the authority responsible for you.

Conclusion of contract / contract language / correction of input fields

The presentation of the articles does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to you to submit a binding offer to us. You can submit this offer to us by placing the desired items in the virtual shopping cart and submitting the order with the items placed in the shopping cart (click on the "Buy" button). Upon receipt of your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail documenting your submitted offer (order). This e-mail merely confirms that we have received your order; it does not yet constitute a contract. An effective contract is only concluded when we accept your offer within five days by requesting payment after placing the order, by confirming the order by e-mail or telephone or by delivering the goods.

The contract is concluded exclusively in German.

You can correct input errors before submitting your order using the technical means provided in the online store and the usual functions of your keyboard/mouse. You can also cancel the process at any time by closing the browser window. By clicking on the "Buy" button, you have placed a binding order (offer); input errors can no longer be corrected afterwards.

Terms of payment

You have the choice between the following payment methods:

Credit card (Mastercard, Visa and Diners/Discover)

Your credit card will be charged when the ordered goods are dispatched.


You pay directly via your PayPal account. After submitting your order, you will be forwarded to PayPal. You must log in there and authorize the payment. The amount will be debited immediately after placing the order.

The following payment methods (invoice, direct debit) are processed via our payment partner UNZER (payolution GmbH and Bank Frick Co. AG). To safeguard against credit risk, Unzer reserves the right to carry out a credit check. If your credit rating is negative, we will have to refer you to the payment methods PayPal or credit card.


You pay by bank transfer within 14 days of receiving the invoice. Please note that you can only pay the invoice amount with debt-discharging effect to the bank details of payolution GmbH (part of the Unzer Group) stated on the invoice, as we have assigned the invoice amount to payolution GmbH (part of the Unzer Group).

Direct debit

In the case of payment by direct debit, Unzer will debit your current account by SEPA direct debit 7 days after the invoice date. If the specified direct debit is not possible due to insufficient funds in your account or due to incorrect bank details provided by you, the bank will charge a chargeback fee. We reserve the right to charge you this fee.

Retention of title

Until full payment has been made, the delivered goods remain the property of Hess Natur-Textilien GmbH & Co. KG.

Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. However, the period does not begin before the purchase contract has become binding for you through your approval of the purchased goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Hess Natur-Textilien GmbH & Co. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We shall bear the costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 3 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Storage of contract text

The text of the contract will be stored by us and sent to you by e-mail immediately after you submit your offer to conclude a purchase contract together with the General Terms and Conditions. If you have registered for the customer account in the online store before completing the shopping cart process, you can also retrieve the contract text via your customer account ("Your account") after entering your access data accordingly. You can also print out the offer data immediately after submitting the order.

Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to the exclusion of the provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). However, this choice of law shall only apply insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the customer has his habitual residence is not withdrawn.

In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013 and based on EU Directive 2013/11, we as an online provider are obliged to refer our customers to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ODR). Conditions of participation hessnatur friends

1. General information

The "hessnatur friends" bonus program is operated by Hess Natur-Textilien GmbH & Co. KG Marie-Curie-Straße 7 35510 Butzbach ("hessnatur"). Personally liable partner: Hess Natur Holding GmbH. By registering for a customer account, you recognize the conditions of participation as part of the AGB binding. If you participate in the bonus program, you collect bonus points with every purchase at hessnatur in accordance with these conditions of participation.

2. Participation

Participation in our "hessnatur Friends" bonus program is free of charge. There is no legal entitlement to participate in the bonus program.

3. Bonus points, awarding, etc.

The prerequisite for participation is a hessnatur customer account, confirmation of participation in the bonus program and that you are logged into your customer account during the ordering process. Subsequent crediting of points is not possible. Hessnatur grants one bonus point ("Eco Point") for every full euro paid for an order on hessnatur.de minus the shipping costs. If you use vouchers, gift and discount vouchers or promotional codes during the order process, you will not receive any Eco Points for the value of the voucher or code. The value of an Eco Point corresponds in EURO: 1 cent as a cashback discount on the purchase price for future purchases in accordance with section 4. It is at the discretion of hessnatur how many bonus points are granted for special promotions. This will be communicated with the respective special offers. The bonus points will be credited to the customer account 45 days after the respective order has been dispatched. You can check the status of your points account in your hessnatur Friends Wallet, which appears in the bottom right-hand corner of the store after logging in. Objections to the accuracy and/or completeness of bonus point balances must be made to hessnatur within one month of receipt. Failure to assert an objection within the deadline shall be deemed approval of the points balance, unless you can prove that it is incorrect. If goods are returned, regardless of the legal grounds, the underlying bonus points will be retroactively canceled. Bonus points are valid for 12 months from the date they are credited to the bonus points account and expire automatically at the end of this period.

4. Redeeming points

The bonus points can be redeemed at hessnatur.de as vouchers towards the purchase price. The following applies: 1 point corresponds to 1 eurocent cashback discount. Redeemable in EUR 5 and EUR 10.
Payment of the equivalent value of the bonus points in cash is not possible. Transfer or assignment of bonus points is excluded. Bonus points cannot be pledged. Eco Points can only be redeemed in the national hessnatur online store in which the purchase was made for which Eco Points are credited to you. The redemption of Eco Points in foreign hessnatur online stores outside the online store used for the purchase is excluded. When redeeming discount vouchers, please note our GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

5. Cancellation, changes to the conditions of participation

You can cancel your participation in the "hessnatur friends" bonus program or your entire customer account at any time without notice. The notice of termination must be sent to hessnatur in text form. Ordinary termination by hessnatur is possible in text form and only with a notice period of one month to the end of the month. Termination for good cause (e.g. due to misuse) is possible at any time. hessnatur is entitled to discontinue, amend or change the bonus program subject to a reasonable notice period or, if there is good cause, without such a notice period. Hessnatur reserves the right to make changes or additions to these terms and conditions if this should be necessary for technical or legal reasons in order to implement the bonus program. Changes due to changes in the legal situation or changes that are not disadvantageous to the customer shall take effect immediately. All other changes will only become effective if hessnatur has notified you of the changes, highlighting them, and you have not terminated your participation in writing or in text form within one month of notification. You will be informed of the consequences separately in the notification of change. hessnatur reserves the right to discontinue the bonus program with due regard for the interests of the customer.
