The competition is organized by Hess Natur-Textilien GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter: hessnatur), Marie-Curie-Straße 7, 35510 Butzbach, dialog@hess-natur.de, Tel. 06033 / 991-7800. Participation in the competition is voluntary. A prerequisite for participation is the granting of advertising consent by the participant, which can be revoked at any time (see point 7 of these conditions of participation), as the competition is financed through the placement of advertising. Otherwise, participation in the competition is not subject to any further conditions or costs. By participating in the competition, the participant expressly and bindingly accepts these conditions of participation.

All persons aged 18 and over may take part. Employees of hessnatur as well as their relatives and business partners are excluded. Participation in the competition is only possible by entering the voucher code "FORTUNA" in the voucher field of the shopping basket in the hessnatur online store and completing the order. The postal service is excluded. Entries via prize draw services or entry forms completed automatically by programs/scripts will not be entered into the prize draw. A subsequent return of the order has no negative effect on participation in the competition.

The competition will be held in Germany, Austria & Switzerland. The prizes will be drawn among all eligible competition participants in Germany, Austria & Switzerland.

Closing date for entries is 20.10.2024 at 23.59 hrs. The prize includes 8 x € 250 vouchers. The voucher is linked to the customer account and is non-transferable. Payment and combination with other vouchers is not possible. The voucher may only be used for personal use in customary quantities and not for commercial purposes.

The winners will be selected at random from all participants and the winners drawn will then be contacted by e-mail.

If a winner has not responded to the prize notification within 14 days, hessnatur reserves the right to draw substitute winners. In such a case, the original winner will not be entitled to the prize. Cash payment of the prizes or exchange of the prizes is not possible.

Data protection, advertising measures

The purpose of data processing is, on the one hand, the execution/processing of the competition. The personal data provided by the data subject will be used for this purpose. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.

Participation in the competition is voluntary. The advertising consent is only given to hessnatur. The data will not be passed on to third parties. hessnatur uses the advertising consent to inform the data subject by email about new products and current events.

The personal data will be deleted if consent is withdrawn, at the earliest 3 months after the competition has been completed. This does not apply to the winners' data, which will be deleted after the statutory periods have expired.

The data subject has the right to withdraw their advertising consent at any time without giving reasons. Withdrawal of consent does not result in any disadvantages. The revocation should be sent to: dialog@hess-natur.de.

The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data concerning him or her, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. Notwithstanding the aforementioned rights, the data subject also has the option of contacting the competent supervisory authority if they believe that the processing of the data concerning them is in breach of the GDPR.

Hessnatur accepts no liability for the occurrence of technical problems during the registration process for the competition.

We reserve the right to terminate the competition prematurely in whole or in part at any time, even without observing deadlines, or to change the course of the competition if it is not possible to guarantee the proper execution of the competition for technical (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software/hardware) or legal reasons.

All participants recognize these conditions. Legal recourse and cash payment of prizes are excluded. The prize is not transferable to third parties.
