Do you also like to surround yourself with beautiful things? With blankets and pillows for couches and chairs, with warming duvets and curtains, with bed and table linen. And do you value healthy living? Unfortunately, healthy living is often only associated with building a house in which harmful substances should be avoided. But what about the living environment, with blankets and pillows and all the other home textiles that turn a bare house into a home? At best, these should be made of eco-friendly materials that do not emit harmful substances and in which you can simply feel good. Whether decorative pillows or fitted sheets, whether bath mats or chair cushions: our home textiles are "Made in Germany" and therefore have a very special seal of quality.
We attach great importance to sustainability and healthy production that protects the environment, nature and people. The production of our home textiles in Germany fully corresponds to this philosophy, because small details such as short transport routes already help to relieve the burden on the environment. As always, the small things can make a big difference, which, by the way, also applies to the purchase of the products. With just one set of bed linen, you are helping to protect the environment. Our home textiles are made from natural fibers that we obtain from our partner companies in other countries. For example, organic merino wool comes from South America, and organic cotton, for example, from Turkey. In addition, for the extraction of feathers and down or real leather, we rely on German manufacturing companies that act in accordance with our high standards and guidelines for animal welfare.
Your new home textiles are therefore characterized by these properties:
Skin-friendliness should not be neglected when it comes to buying blankets and pillows. Because your skin comes into contact with it several times a day, and many home textiles surround you directly. For example, if you snuggle up in the warm blanket after a hard day on the sofa, it is good to know that it is made from natural organic cotton and that no harmful substances or substances have been added during production.
Our home textiles, which are manufactured in Germany, are based on a large number of different basic materials. Pure organic cotton is our most important fiber quality and can be found in bed linen and blankets, among other things. Pillows are filled with feathers and down, and duvets are made of camel hair. Linen and hemp are also part of our fiber qualities, which seemed almost forgotten some time ago, but to which we have always remained true. Organic new wool is also one of the most important fiber qualities and can be found in various home textiles. There it unfolds its natural and wonderful effect, because it is both soft and cuddly, as well as very durable and robust. She can stand that the children build a cave out of the new wool blanket and that the dog realizes that this blanket is much nicer than his own. You will immediately recognize another advantage of the real organic new wool: It hardly absorbs any odors or releases them completely after some time of ventilation. You don't need to wash a new wool blanket, you just hang it up to air it.
The trend towards more sustainability in textile production has been going on for some time. Now it is being complemented by the vegan trend. More and more people are deciding to forego animal products entirely. Studies show that the number of vegans will skyrocket in the coming years, although it is of course always only a matter of projections and probabilities. But we are already thinking of the vegans who do without cuddly yak wool and do not want to bring organic new wool into the house. This is also not necessary, because with organic cotton we have found a very good alternative that can be processed into similar qualities. Our German partner companies manufacture vegan home textiles and enable full product traceability. It can be precisely documented which route the raw fibers have taken and which additives they have received (or not). Because: Of course, we also do not use irritating or toxicological substances in the production of vegan home textiles. For the added health of humans and animals!
