The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) was launched in 2006. It was developed to create the world's leading certification for textiles made from organically produced raw materials and to ensure that both environmental and social criteria are taken into account in the production of textiles. GOTS is an internationally recognized certificate that covers the entire textile production process, from raw material production to finishing.

Pure natural fibers

The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certifies that the entire production chain has been tested and inspected by independent bodies. The majority of our articles bear the GOTS standard and meet its strictest requirements. These include, among other things

The origin of the organic fibers
Avoidance of chemicals of concern
Clear separation within the production and storage companies between organic and conventional. Materials
Fair social standards
A distinction is made between two seals.

"organic" means: This GOTS-certified product consists of at least 95% natural fibers from controlled organic cultivation or controlled organic animal husbandry.

"made with organic" means: This GOTS-certified product consists of at least 70% natural fibers from controlled organic cultivation or controlled organic animal husbandry.

Every year, we as a company have ourselves checked for compliance with the GOTS guidelines: from occupational safety and employment contracts to social security contributions
In addition, each GOTS product is checked to ensure that the entire textile chain is fully documented by transaction certificates.

GOTS is recognized worldwide as the leading standard for the processing of organically produced natural fibres. Only textiles made from at least 70% pure organic fibers can be certified.
