  • What shipping options does hessnatur offer?

    When your order leaves our premises, we hand it over to our partner DHL in standard shipping. Thanks to DHL GOGREEN and the associated investments in global climate protection projects, further shipping is climate-neutral and thus contributes to protecting the environment.
  • How long is the delivery time?

    Your order will leave our warehouse after 1-2 days, unless otherwise agreed or a different delivery time is specified in the item description. On the respective product page you will find further information on individual availability and the associated shipping time. The receipt of the order depends on our shipping partners and the country of delivery, you will usually receive your order within Germany after another 2-3 days.
  • Where can I have my order delivered?

  • Can I track shipping and delivery?

  • I am not at home at the time of delivery, what can I do?

    As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email including a tracking link. You can use this link to flexibly change the desired delivery location and delivery date. Please note the DHL terms and conditions.

    If the parcel deliverer does not find you at home, he will leave you a notification card and your parcel will be stored for you at the nearest DHL post office. You can then pick it up there within seven working days.
  • Can I return my goods if I don't like them?
