For both men and women, jeans are a must-have staple in any wardrobe. They are also an integral part of the hessnatur clothing range. When producing our jeans, we do not use any harmful chemicals or dangerous sandblasters to get the desired denim look at the expense of the health of many workers. The same effect can be achieved in a much gentler way, such as the laser treatment or oxygen bleaching used by hessnatur. These processes are eco-friendly and socially sustainable. To ensure that this remains so, hessnatur monitors all manufacturing stages – from yarn production and dying through to the finished garment. These innovative methods also provide creative scope for unusual patterns, designs or images. And, as an extra bonus, thanks to laser and ozone being dry processes, we also save on water in our production.
Our Polish manufacturing facility is certified according to GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard). The indigo dye used to colour the jeans is after-treated and cleaned. In addition, hessnatur does not use any chemical refining agents.
