In dialogue with our customers
Whether long-standing or new, every customer can get involved at hessnatur. The company shares a special bond of trust and an emotional relationship with its customers. That’s why we set up the customer council, with around 200 active volunteers and an elected committee of twelve spokespeople. This committee regularly meets with the hessnatur senior management team and is involved in the decision-making process. The customer council is therefore informed early on about the latest developments and any possible changes to the company’s strategic direction.
